Our Data
Our database contains 145 years of baby name data from the U.S. Social Security Administration, spanning from 1880 to 2024. This includes:
- 117K Unique names in our database
- 145 Years of historical data
- 53 States and territories covered
The data is updated annually when the SSA releases new statistics. Names that appear fewer than 5 times in a given year are not included in the SSA data to protect privacy.
